— HOW TO BREW —

Sift 1g of MP-02 through the fine mesh sifter into a warmed chawan. Add 60ml of water at precisely 75–80°C — not boiling. Whisk in a brisk W-motion with the high-tine chasen until a fine, dense foam forms. Drink immediately. This is what matcha is supposed to taste like.

— CARE —

Chasen: Rinse under warm water after every use. Never use soap. Dry on the chasen holder to maintain the tine shape.
Chawan: Hand-wash only. Do not microwave or dishwash.
Matcha: Store sealed, in a cool dry place. Consume within 6 weeks of opening for peak flavor.
